Results from First Flush 2016 are in! The RCD and volunteers monitored water quality at 14 freshwater flows during the first big rain of the season. Data shows that bacteria is the highest pollutant of concern along the north San Mateo County coast, followed by the Orthophosphate (particularly at Capistrano Beach and Surfers Beach.)
